M’akola Housing Society was incorporated Feb. 6, 1984 at that time it was Victoria Native Indian Housing Society. If it weren’t for our tenants and the need for Aboriginal housing M’akola would have never been established.
In 32 years M’akola has grown to be a leader in Aboriginal Affordable Housing across the province and in the country. In this last year M’akola even gained international recognition.
